By creating an Easy Report account, accessing our dashboard, or using any of our takedown or monitoring features, you agree to comply with these terms and any policies referenced here.

If you are using Easy Report on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity and that you are binding that entity to this agreement.

Easy Report provides tools that help you identify hosting providers, generate abuse notices, and track the progress of takedown requests.

We aim for high availability, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We will always act in good faith to resolve disruptions quickly.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access while we investigate to protect your data and the integrity of the platform.

You agree to use Easy Report only for lawful purposes and to submit abuse notices that are accurate and made in good faith.

You may not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse the service to harass, spam, or intimidate others.

Content you upload or generate through Easy Report remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for providing the service to you.

All platform features, branding, and related intellectual property belong to Easy Report. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and any updates will apply to the next billing cycle.

We provide Easy Report on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every lookup, takedown, or automation will succeed or produce a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Report is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

You may stop using Easy Report at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users.

If we terminate your account for breach, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and we may remove or restrict access to your data where legally permitted.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our services, or best practices. When we make meaningful changes we will notify you via email or an in-product message.

Continued use of Easy Report after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
